hi,
I have a 1992 KH S 1.8L Ford Laser. I can't work out why it's idling so rough, the whole car shakes when idling. It seems to get worse when I use anything that requires power (eg. headlights, putting on the brake, air con, etc.) I have had it to the mechanic who has fixed it several times but to no avail, it still idles rough. Even when changing gears the taco drops back to below 500RPM so I have to change the gears quickly which is a prob from 1st to 2nd cause it grinds a bit going into 2nd (linkages I was told) so I have to change slowly. Can any one tell me why this is? I'm starting to get jack of this...I think I have bought a lemon I've only had the car 8 months and spent in excess of $1200 getting it fixed. Any help would be much appreciated. |
