Smile events organised by club members

It was discussed at a recent xr club committee meeting that any "unofficial" club runs, cruises and or events organized by club members would need to be posted elsewhere on the forum and not in the xr club of Qld discussion or events areas.

As these events are open to the general forum membership and are not sanctioned by the clubs events committee it was decided that they shouldn't be posted in the xr6 & xr8 club of Qld forum areas.

The xr club committee hasn't any issues with club members organizing cruises or any other event they may wish to do.
