Just an aside...it is also Isaac Newtons birthday. One of mankind's' premiere thinkers and a real reason we should question the actual existence of ludicrous religions...Amongst other things (he was the Master of the British mint for a large part of his life), he was said to have had his revelation of the concept of gravity whilst sitting under his mothers apple trees, one fell and so began the formulation of some fundamental ideas regarding our place in the universe. He was actually a religious man, (the two concepts CAN sit comfortably together), but I think he would be sorely troubled to see the world today so very different and dangerous in the name of both science and religion.....(As another side note...the reason this resonates with me at the moment is I have just returned from a road trip to Melbourne with my daughter and cancer afflicted dog, to see my son who recently moved there, in my fabulous BF Ute ,(that never missed a beat !!! Ford connection!!), and stopped at the Parkes telescope, from where we have returned with an apple from the 3rd scion of the very trees that Newton found himself under when this wonderous event occurred! Have a great new year, and the rest of your being, regardless of your religious beliefs or political persuasions.

Sadly not to many people truly know anything about Jesus Christ, that he is Lord of Lords King of Kings not to mention our Saviour, sadly most people are ignorant with no hope and are being lead down a path of a degenerate future that will lead to slavery and misery. It's just become a silly bastardised pagan foolish present giving day mainly now, as far as giving present's that's all fine by me for the kids. |
