Howdy mods,, for the last few weeks I am not getting notifications from the forum when a post is made that I am subscribed too, my own threads or others.
I have check my user cp setting's and have refreshed them and saved the settings to instant notify but still nothing. makes it rathr hard to keep up with some of the threads. Any help appreciated cheers

That uses the same email address and I am getting mine OK which rules out an issue with the forum mail server.
I'll have a look and see if I can spot anything in the error logs. Cheers Russ

Sorry forgot to mention I have checked my spam folder in my email programme and also on my mail server and its not going there so no hassle with that

I noticed the same thing. I only get emails for a couple of threads that i subscribed to ages ago.
More recent ones i dont get any. I presume it is because i used Tapatalk to subscribe. Tapatalk notifies you when there is a new post so email not really needed. Do you use Tapatalk? Sent from my SM-N915G using Tapatalk

Tapatalk is the reason for that one as it treats the notification as a replacement for the email that would normally be sent. I think Forum Runner does the same.

Dont even know what tappatalk is lol, I just use my home pc and log in using Mozilla Firefox, I have to use Chrome if I want to view the "Show n Shine" area though

Didn't take that long to solve this one - here is the bounceback message form your mail service:

See http://www.barracudacentral.org/look...s=66.226.77.74 (in reply to MAIL FROM command) So your mail service provider (or someone) has added us to a spammers list which I will now have to go and undo before you receive any notifications (or any other) email from us. .. a check of the Barracuda Block List doesn't have any issue with the domain name fordforums.com.au -
The domain name fordforums.com.au is not listed on Barracuda's Intent Block List. The domain name fordforums.com.au was found under the following categories: motor-vehicles ... but, the IP address of the primary server is listed as "poor": The IP address 66.226.77.74 is listed as "poor" on the Barracuda Reputation System. Obviously not a lot of checking going on for DNS or MX records on that list. Cheers Russ

Ps I just found a seperate section not known about called there spam filters that is not a part of there web based email log on spam if that makes sense where i can tell it to allow certain email address's so will add fordforums.com.au and see what happens so Im guessing that emails should be from mail.fordforums.com.au ? cheers

They are but if the mail server checks headers then you'll need to add the IP address as well.

Email have been working since adding Aff to the allowed list in server based spam listing , but now has stopped again.
Could someone please let me know what the "exact" email address is the email notifications get sent from AFF so I can add that to my allowed list on the server side of things please . many thanks in advance
