Noob making a thread. And its only 30% a Ford.
My Mrs just got herself a Mazda 323 BF. It has adjustable shocks but they, well bounce like a dribblin basketball : . I was wondering can they be rebuilt, or are they throw away. Ive got lowered King Springs for it, with some decent gas shocks but was wondering if the adjustables are worth keeping. Flame, answer, thanks anyway. |

Generally they aren't worth keeping. They also take up a huge amount of weight, but being the missus car I bet she doesn't mind.
Put up the adjustables on Ebay, someone would take them for stock value.

Cheers for that. How hard are all the little gadgets to pull? Switch panel, I hear relays or something kicking in when i hit them so obviously theres more.
Any little quirks I should watch for when pulling them out? |

No idea sorry mate. I don't think there would be anything to worry about, just disconnect the switch perhaps first.

When I pull em out, I'll pull everything. I priced replacements from Mazda today. Holy hell.
Rears:- one @ $390 and the other @ 435. Fronts:- $465 each. Ill try Ford tomorrow. I'll try sneak up on em, so they dont see me coming. I believe I'll just fit the kings and monroes I've got. |
