Was a great night until they decided to pretend to clean the track with the tractor - I am sure they could of had more than 1 dumb *** kicking the tarmac with his shoes then brushing it with a broom.
Before everyone starts on me yes I do know why they have to clean the track but my complaint was there only seemed to be 2 guys doing it out of all the officials there - 1 driving the tractor and the other with the broom. I left at about 10pm as I had enough of waiting for the track to be cleaned. BUT upto then it was great - even a Charger turned up : Watched the Ford Boys go hard core - GREAT JOB BOYS

It wasn't a very big turn out, the weather must have scared a few racers off.
That track clean up seen to take forever.

Too right! They had a bit of bad luck with cars dropping coolant/oil on the track too.
I suppose it is worth noting the fairly comprehensive Ford win in the burnout competition too hey? The BMW had a fair go, followed by 3 pretty poor efforts by Commodores then the XD Falcon came out and made the whole place disappear in smoke. |
