Just goes to show that customers are not always right. If you don't let FCA inspect the car, how the hell are they supposed to know what's wrong? Under what premise do they think they're entitled to a full refund on a 5 year old, 100,000km car?

I have friends who just bought one of these and absolutely love it. whatever issues it had would have been easily resolved. and they could have just.. sold it.
