Default Do I need Adblue?

2011 LW MK1 Diesel.

There is a small filler hole underneath the fuel filler, is this where the AdBlue goes? Or is it something else and I don't need AdBlue?

No Adblue as the Mondeo uses a DPF system, that hole under the fuel filler is a breather for the tank.

By the way, I have 35k km clocked. Is it worth running a DPF cleaner through the system?

As long as the oil meets the right Ford Spec, then ok, I would recommend Castrol as they are the official supplier to Ford and carry Ford specific oils, but up to you. BP is good...
