Remember, the Ford Ranger is only really sold in Australia and SE Asia. I don't know what the total numbers are that are made globally, but can't be that much?
Having the Ranger/BT-50 Twins meant that development dollars went further.
Ranger is on it's own now.
The Ranger is sold practically everywhere but North America, with assembly in Thailand, South Africa, Argentina and China. I would think in the future it will start sharing parts with F series like it does now with Transit to share costs.

more or less, but no Everest built in South Africa as it doesn't sell in Europe. There's also a KD facility in India
