Wednesday night Race 4 Real off-street meets continue to be one of the most popular events on the Sydney Dragway calendar and it’s quite easy to see why!

Here are some great performances from last week’s Race 4 Real at Sydney Dragway.


Top Holden of the Week


With Australia’s automotive manufacturing industry coming to a close, it was great to see bona fide Australian classic such as this beautiful yellow HT Monaro GTS strutting its stuff down the quarter-mile. Props to the owner for keeping it in such immaculate condition.


Top Japanese of the Week


Certainly not something you see every day, this Mitsubishi Express was anything but standard – and with a best time of 14.64 @ 92.61 MPH, I’m not just talking about that paintjob.


Top European of the Week


AWD and turbocharged power are a match made in heaven for running quick times down the quarter mile and this Golf R proved exactly that, running a 12.93 @ 105.68 MPH.


Top Ford of the Week


Speaking of great Aussie classics, Holdens weren’t the only brand represented with this immaculate XR Falcon Ute representing the blue oval’s Australian heritage. Classics like this never fail to attract loads of attention here at Sydney Dragway.


Commentators Pick of the Week


Representing the very best that American Muscle has to offer, this second-gen Chevy Camaro was an absolute crowd-pleaser. Managing a two-wheel stand on launch, there’s no doubting the kind of firepower that this Camaro is packing under that bonnet cowl.
