Default 2015 Fiesta ST Power Mirror Issue

Hi guys n gals,
I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced an issue with their power mirrors not unfolding when opening the car. This morning it my car remains locked when i press the unlock button on the key fob or the black button on the handle. Only way I can get inside the vehicle is to quickly open the door when I hear the locking mechanism unlock and lock quickly. I can still drive the car but have no side mirrors currently.
Cheers

Has someone folded the mirrors back physically? When I picked mine up from the dealership someone had done that and the system freaked out. So I had to unfold them, then unlock and relock and it worked out.

Very unlikely, drove home yesterday, parked and locked it in the garage. Everything was fine, this morning there is an issue...
I thought about manually moving them, I tried it gently but it feels like it requires a lot of force to do so and I'm afraid of snapping/breaking something...
I currently have disconnected the battery so hopefully it may reset the ecu...

Issue solved, I had to manually open the mirrors with the button inside then turned off the car and went outside and locked it.
Works like normal now
