I'm not sure if this has already been posted and I'm not sure if I am allowed to post links (please remove if I'm not).
Spy pics look to reveal an update to Ranger. Also not sure if its just me but some of the proportions look a little weird too. http://www.motoring.com.au/spy-pics-...bourne-105614/ Link from Motoring.com.au |

Shouldn't look to weird, it's essentially the same Ranger as we have now from what I gather.

All Ford have to do to blow Hilux away into the dust is to release a V8 Raptor.
Given Diesel engines carry a premium in cost a N/A V8 would be similar in price.

No way this is a much bigger truck look at the difference between the rear door and the rear wheel arch. Look at the difference between the rear wheel arch and the rear bumper. This is a much larger vehicle

Also look at the wipers. These trucks are left hand drive. And look at the exhaust outlet looks exactly in the same position as a f150. Something interesting happening boys and girls. No way this is a another ranger

While the V8 would be great I think the EBV6 is more than just likely with the Global adaptation of the Ranger.

When you look at vw and Mercedes bringing in v6 power for there Utes ford would have to bring their 3.0 v6 twin turbo from the new f150 I hope. The 2.7 ecoboost would be great as well as it's faster and better on fuel than the 5.0 v8 and gives buyers a great petrol alternative

Its a regular bodied Ranger.
The camo makes it look like there is no tray gap, thus giving the illusion that the tray is longer.

Australian trays are for show, not for use.
I really would like to take mine to the company that extends the doublecab wheel base then sticks a supercab trays on the back Sure it will make parking harder, but at least I will have great back seats and a great size tray. |

That tray is a option on the us Colorado. The vast majority that I have seen are the 5'5 tray. But the longer tray looks much better, the longer chassis would also be better under a tray back which I still don't understand why they don't use them over here |

Only real change seems to be Everest style grille and bumper ?
Hope so, not a fan of the griille running down into the bumper on the PX2
