JR at the Capri Club of Vic, did do the cardboard rear wall/top of parcel tray, use your own plain flat piece for the shelf base, and reuse your front lip.
If you need a front lip (i.e. have nothing to start with), just get some 1"aluminium 90deg angle, cover in high density rubber sheet (glued) from Clark Rubber, wrap in black vinyl from Clark Rubber (glued), attach your shelf base thru the whole lot, and hey presto. |
