I've had some alignment dramas with this housing, they say they fixed it but to me it still looks way out, this is the longer of the two axles pushed into the short side, I'd assume the other side is just as crook.
It has a full spool with mucho spline contact so its more noticeable I guess compared to a normal centre. Third time this diff has been returned for something, they swear that it all lines up on the jig??? Just a note the axle is not sitting on the bearing shell, its almost level in the housing, the axle stays in that spot when turned. Should I go back or is this acceptable. |

i would probably definitely at least get them to show you in their jig... then see what happens from there...
