Have tried it a few times now on the BF and keep getting 'cant connect to vehicle'.

The scanner is getting power, as it lights up. When first plugged in, it lights up green then scales back to 2 red lights. It does this on the xr8 as well.

Any ideas? Not sure where to start.

I have AU11 XR8, i have tried other code scanners. Exactly which code scanner did you buy. Hopefully 4 time lucky?
