Slightly modified Massey Ferguson tractor at Clarendon truck show. Could this be something Ford is hiding from us.......

yer I spotted the illegal mod -> plastic cover over the number plate !
and who the hell would modify a rops system to a massey anyways as well !!! rops system , roll over protection !! though masseys were for tough men !!

yes still (as money n time permit) doing the rebuilding the zh fairlane with a clevo 400m 4v heads injected whipple blown with aode 4 speed trans to a 9" ....... we'll get there eventually just remember don't be afraid to try something new. I think the starter motor probably has more mumbo. I have driven a stock te20 as well as a standard vanguard which has a derivative of the same motor and power house wouldnt be the word i would use to describe the horsepower

My neighbour still drives his to town down the hwy every now and again on b-double free Sunday. It would be a suicide mission on mine without brakes. I drive it like a boat. Running a 302 I reckon I would just plough the paddocks with the tyres.

I remember back in the 70’s, Massey Ferguson actually built a V8 powered diesel tractor!
Would have been an open tractor and would have been amazing sitting on that at 2000 rpm pulling a plough!

Yeah I was thinking of the 1155 actually with the 8.9 litre Perkins!
1150 might have been an earlier model!
