The Stinger like other models from other makes will not be everyone's cup of tea but for a first attempt at a GT car it is a pretty good effort. Just question the comparison with a Mustang.

As Hawkeye stated, the traction and easy launch of the AWD isn't available here so interesting but don't try and replicate at your local traffic light I like the Stinger, when they have a gen 2 and can refine it further and offer AWD it'll be a helluva car but AWD isn't for everyone. Speed without character and attitude isn't for everyone either. Room for both.
My brother has been procrastinating getting shot of his stock as a rock FG G6E turbo for one, but the few niggles the car has especially the trans behaviour (which obviously doesn't feature here) have him sitting on his hands...and the prices some dealers are asking even on 2017 plated cars even.

I looked at one last week when we were getting the Mrs's Picanto serviced which was $64990 drive away for the GT. Sat in it and found the view out the front window a little awkward , felt like I was looking through a welding mask!
