Great that someone has the go to stick it to em!
They do not deserve our money for what they cannot prove. That is stealing.... Hope this bloke gets all the costs as well as a heap of cash for the trouble. How can any usual person get any fair judgment if the Govt keeps appealing whatever is said by the judge. You just have to give up somewhere it seems. |

Hmm spend millions appealing or spend millions on giving back ill gotten fines, which would the government prefer more...either way it comes from taxpayers pennies..
