Default Upper door rubber rejuvenater

Have you ever found a product that really works for a solution?
Well I have and its isopropyl alcohol.
The upper door rubber/seal of the doors always looked multi coloured black into a grey, looked crap but meguiars ultimate protectant always made it look better.
But now if you clean the rubber with isopropyl alcohol until the cleaning cloth comes up reasonably clean and then re apply multiple coats of meguiars ultimate protectant the rubber comes up looking fantastic.
I've yet to see the longevity of this process but it looks way better and consistent in colour than I have seen.

Waxit have a lube type applicator for this purpose, kind of like a shoe polish bottle.
