Fellas,
How can I make my petrol flap on my AU XR8 more responsive to open, it can take up to 10 seconds or sometimes I need to press the petrol button several times before the flap pops. Is this normal, or is there an adjustment or maybe it’s an electrical issue. Regards |

First test is to get someone to push the button while you listen at the flap (with the flap open) to see if you can hear the mechanism operating. It probably is in which case it may be the door tension. If it's not then you are looking at either the button itself or the solenoid at the flap.
