Default Ef rocker train cleaning

Hi guys, just having a bit of a think,i have replaced my lifters but still have a good bit of ticky sound coming from one or two of them. What im thinking is the oil passeges in the rocker arms may have some partial blocking cause when i start in the morning it ticks really loudly but after about 15 mins of driving it quietens down a lot.Do i have to take the rocker train apart and clean out the arms or could i get away with undoing the train and folding the arms up and spraying some crc in the oil passages in the arms, cheers.

Had a few mechanics saying put through a bottle of lifter tune up like the Nulon stuff first off before pulling things apart as mines a bit ticky for the first 10 seconds on start.

Lifter free & Tune up

Oh dear,i put all the lifters on a tray so i could clean out the rocker arms and bloody knocked the tray and they all scattered onto a really dusty sandy ground,I had a 94 ed sitting around so thought bugger it and used the lifters out of that.I put them all in and reassembled everything and man the whole engine shakes and runs rough as hell, are the lifters different sizes in different e series fords? and make it run like crap if not the right specific size?,man i feel like an idiot at the moment, any help is really appreciated.

After a bit of research i found that the lifters are the same size as the ed (11mm) and earlier was (14mm) so i was fine there,i pulled the whole rocker train off and pulled it apart and cleaned out all the arms and stuff with crc,a fair bit of crap came out of them too.I reassembled everything exactly how it was and it all runs as quiet as anything.I got 12 pieces of cut t shirt strips and tied all the lifters up so they wouldn't fall out and blocked off the oil holes in the head so nothing could fall into the abyss lol.I placed the rocker train into place putting all of the arms down to the valves then carefully just pulled each strip off that was holding the lifters into place and tightened it all up.
