Smile Differences between MY18.25 and MY18.75 MD Mondeo Titanium wagons?

G'day,
I'm trying to work out if there are any differences between MY18.25 and MY18.75. I'm thinking of updating my 2014 Zetec to a MY18.25 Titanium wagon. A fairly good opportunity has come up to trade up to an ex Ford executive vehicle with low kms. Any thoughts would be highly appreciated

Pretty sure it was the new tail gate treatment that is the same as the new facelift model that will arrive later this year, link to a CarAdvice article attached.
