MODIFIED LIVE EPISODE #3 - HEATHCOTE RACEWAY - APRIL 13th 2019

FEATURING KYLE FROM 1320 VIDEO
Modified Live brings together different elements of the car scene for one big automotive party. Drag Racing, Burnouts and a car meet all in the one place with the goal of everyone just simply having a good time. For 2019, Modified Live is heading to Heathcote Raceway in Victoria and teaming up with1320 Video, Tuners Edge and Motive Video to put on an automotive party.

DRAG RACING
The drag strip will be open to all cars, as long as they are road registered and pass a basic safety inspection, with open runs all day and trophies given to various categories for quickest times, and grudge matches also permitted.

Cars do not need to meet ANDRA or IHRA regulations but must meet Heathcote regulations which can be found at the link below.

1320 Video Street Car Shootout - Top-32 Buy-In
The headline act in the drag racing will be the 1320 Street Car Shootout. 32 cars with a $250 cash buy in, with the only rules being registration, radials and glass front window.

Quickest 4 CYL 2WD
Quickest Front Wheel Drive
Cars will run in their groups, stopping for exhibition runs and Cash Days Rounds

BURNOUTS

The burnout track will be open all day for general burnout practice. Cars will be numbered and can do as many burnouts as the day allows, with a Top-10 or Top-20 comp at the end of the day with prize money for the winner (TBA)

There will be some special guests for demo skids and to judge the competition.

SHOW & SHINE

A show and shine will also be held inside the venue. This will help add atmosphere to the event and make the pits full, making for a more enjoyable event. The numbers will be capped based on space and how many drag racing competitors we have. Various trophies will be awarded on the day.

The cost of the car meet is $25. This is additional to spectator entry fee. Spots are limited so get i quick!

SPECTATORS

Children under 13 - FREE

Tickets at the gate are $25.

VIP TICKET

Modified Live will have a VIP area with shaded marquee, reserved seating in chairs and beanbags and will also provide some finger food and soft drink. A waitress will be serving alcohol ( additional cost) so you don't need to leave the area and line up. There will also be some exclusive meet and greet time with Kyle from 1320 Video. Spots are limited to 100 people and are $50 per ticket, additional to your drag racing or spectator entry ticket. which you can purchase here:

1pm Racing and Burnouts Re-Commence

2.30-2.40pm Top 16 Cash Days

3.30-3.40pm Top 8 Cash Days

4.30pm-4.40pm Top 4 Cash Days

5.00pm-5.30pm Burnout Top-10

5.30pm Finals Cash Days

5.40pm Racing Finishes

6.00pm Trophy Presentation for Racing and Burnout - Staging Area

6.00pm-9.00pm Pack Down

RAIN DAY
If weather looks inclement leading up to event, Sunday will be used as a back up rain day. This will be advertised to all competitors. Will only be done if there Is 24-48 hours notice.
