Default exhaust question

Hi people
I went to the crash repairs today to see how my repairs were coming alomg and all looks good.
Apparently you cant get insurance quality used EF XR front bars anymore so they had to put a new one on.

insurance company-0
I nearly fell over when they said it cost about $1000 just for the unpainted bar.
Anyway im thinking of putting a new system on as a start but not sure who to see and what size/combination to use on a 5.0l.
It is stock now with 140ks on the clock and i will no doubt go down the usual path of AU MAF,throttle body, explorer,CAI and modded intake.
Im thinking of getting new cats at the same time but will have to wait for the short extractors. Any ideas of what a system and cats will set me back and where to get it in Adelaide
thanks
steve
