6 way or 10 way adjustable? In any event there are fuses and a circuit breaker in the fuse box. The ciecuit breaker can be reser by pushing a paper clip end into the hole on the base.

Also, check the connectors under the seat.

According to the manual, it's fuse (circuit breaker) #22 which is the top, second from the right in the dash fuse box. This also does the windows and sunroof so I doubt it's that if the windows are working?
#23 which is to its right does the memory seat function.

6 way adjustable seat.
connectors under the seat are fine. I had some problems with the power window circuit breaker http://www.fordforums.com.au/showthread.php?t=11244009 the seat stopped working at the same time, the windows are working now and the buzzing hasn't happened again but the seat remains inactive.

after removing the p/w circuit breaker and putting it back in the seat functions came back so the problem is still relating to the p/w

Doesn't sound too good, hope you can get it sorted out. Let us know of the outcome.
Have you done some power tests or something to make sure it's getting the right power, so you can isolate it to the motor?

Can you take it out and manually wind it down?

Uncle ken, manually wind it down? I’ve got the seat out and was considering putting power to the motor to see if I can move it.The seats are bolted through a pivoting hinge so maybe just fold them down.and reinstall.

Anyone know what the spare white plug is for under my Ba GT seat? Seats are not in a GT but they are in a BA.Tried to manually wind the seats down but they are stuck solid:( Seatbelt warning works but no adjustment so Next I’ll try the fuse.
