Unhappy Boot not opening????

Hi guys, Have a problem with the boot on my EL Fairmont. The boot does not open from the keypad or the dash but when you push the button the car does the flashing indicator trick but no clicking sound. Swapped the lock mechanism which in turn changed the solenoid but still no boot opening. Any ideas?

Default re bootlock

ive been on the same problem 4 weeks test 2 c if its getn power down there. did u adjust the cable it might be bit loose. Is it even remotly click with iginition on or not. :

Auto elec tested and there is no signal to the solenoid. Thats what makes the problem so special, the fact i am probably going to fork big bucks to get someone to fix it. Damn car has beaten me again.

To make matters worse, my barrel lock to the boot does not work either so my only access to the boot is through the back seat. And you have to move the two 12in subs to get there. Makes dumping a body a real hassle :
