Question Fuel Flap and Cap

Hello all ;)

Just bought a LS CL 2006 Focus, is the fuel flap or fuel lid supposed to be lockable ?

If it's like most late model Ford vehicles, it's an electromagnetic lock linked to the door locks so you can open it normally if the vehicle is unlocked but not otherwise.
