Default Wiring for towbar Wagon MD 2017 (2018.25)

Hi just after some information for the wiring of the trailer module.
Bought everything new from Ford and followed all the instructions but I seem to have issues with the wiring to the CAN BUS.
I took it to ford to program the module and they couldn't as I was waiting for it thinking it was a quick in and out job.

I have attached a photo of the wiring harness.
I reckon violet orange and grey orange are not the correct wires for the CANBUS.

any help will be much appreciated.

Thanks

Are these the same instructions you have?

See post 11 from this thread, I cannot attach them twice?

With the additional loom you need AMDS7J-19H465-AA, it has 5 connections, A1 A2 A3 A4 & A5. Did you get instructions with this loom?

A2 looks like an earth, A3 and A4 you need to splice up with the Violet/Orange and Grey/Orange respectively. A5 goes to a connector at the front of the car Pin 31 Brown/Orange, A1 then goes to the trailer harness from the towbar itself.

Yes exactly the same instructions. The Ford tech also had the same instructions.
I have spliced the Violet orange and the grey orange to the car harness. Exactly what the instructions said. I showed the photos to the Ford tech and he said there must be other wires. He checked the voltage on the pins at the back (from the added wiring) and he measured 6.7 volts he said it was too high it should be 2.7 and 2.3 volts.
