Default lv 2.0 diesel auto tranny fluid

trying to service the auto trans of my 2010 2.0l diesel focus. Im confused as to what fluid to use as a replacement. doing a vehicle search on 'the big 3' (supercheap, repco, autobarn) shows 3 different oils as suitable, and on one occasion whats recommended for the car on one site shows up as not suitable for my car on another (penrite 75w-90 f/synth). The car is just a local run-around, so what would be your recommendation as a suitable but not necessarily top shelf tranny oil?
cheers

Castrol transmax dual.
There’s also an external filter.
Don’t forget there’s 2 drain plugs.
