Hey, got a friend with a WT Fiesta and his battery has been draining on multiple occassions.
Before I get the multimeter out and fangle around with probing I'm just wondering if the 12V socket is always-on as standard on these cars? He has one of those FM bluetooth transmitters and when he came back to his car parked after many hours it was still powered on. I think that could be the culprit but is it standard that 12V is always-on or is this something I'll have to de-modify? Thanks

From what I can see in the wiring diagrams the answer is no (the diagrams are in our Tech Portal). You can pull Fuse 13 (20A) as that powers the socket.

Update on this - my WT 12v is also always "on". If I plug a USB adapter in it lights up. I assumed this was factory.
