Ford Verication letter

I inquired back in February this year in regards to getting the build information on my vehicles.
Was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks, and I'm still waiting for a response.
I've called MyFord and they couldn't help me.
Anyone else had to wait months to get the letter sent?

Think I’ve been waiting since March for one, last one I got took 6weeks or so, I seem to recall reading on crack book recently there was an issue and there would be delays on the verification letters

I got an email reply saying that due to system upgrades, they werent able to do any until July 2022. Asked me to resend the entire request after that date.

I'll ring them back up in July then.
