I inquired back in February this year in regards to getting the build information on my vehicles.
Was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks, and I'm still waiting for a response. I've called MyFord and they couldn't help me. Anyone else had to wait months to get the letter sent?

I got an email reply saying that due to system upgrades, they werent able to do any until July 2022. Asked me to resend the entire request after that date.
