Looking for a solution to my au falcon problem
I have no spark Spark system has been tested Leads/plugs/coil/fuses/relays all tested and working I have a transmission problem that began the day before. The auto is stuck in 3rd. When you put it in D. It's stuck in 3rd. Lowering it manually does nothing. Basically. The auto issue happened on the Wednesday. I drove the car home and on Thursday I went to start it and I have no spark. This leads me to believe that the ecu is problem. I have attached a picture of the ecu. Everyone says it's unlikely to be the ecu. But it's the only thing that remains Can anyone explain why the catch code has been altered with a marker? Was it done in the factory? Or is it possible it's already reconditioned? I don't know which part to look for. And are having trouble finding something that matches. Help please!!
