Default Workshop Manuals.

I think I'm reaching the stage of buying a workshop manual for my '98 EL Fairmont Ghia. Come to think of it, I always had a factory manual for my previous EA and XW cars.

Pitstop offer the 3 volume factory manual for around $249.

Does anyone know if there are any on-line versions (or sections) that are available? In this day and age I would think there must be something I could download - even if I have to pay for it.

I need something more than the el-cheepo Haynes type book I purchased, which is pretty useless.

Nothing is available on-line - if you can get a 3 volume factory manual for $249 then I'd go for it.

full workshop manuals will pay for themselves in the long run. i'd be screwed without mine. they are an awesome investment and the level of details is nuts.
