Ok, well were do i start...car is no longer getting any work done to it except getting ripped apart. will put up pics later, EA had a crash into the caravan park on corner of south road and seacombe road this afternoon.
Leaving the lights i went around the corner and was in the far left lane and the back end slipped out and headed towards the car in the lane on my right i over corrected my steering, flipped to my left and couldnt get it back in the lane properly and ended up crashing into the fence of the caravan place. Just when i was looking forward to doin my car up this happens, its a ride off wat more can i say.. im just happy i had Kris in the car with me, if i was alone who knows what i would have been like. |

Sorry to hear about your car mate. It's amazing how many people lose it there. I've seen a guy in brand new HSV trying to show off next to me and lose it and nearly take out the trees just next to the caravan place. At least everyone is alright.

Not good. It's always sad to see one less EA on the road (I know a lot of people will disagree with me). Good luck with finding a new car.

BTW seeing it hadnt rained in a while it couldve been very slippery since rain brings out all the Oil/Diesel in the road.. add that to a bit of inexperience... I nearly got caught out myself (wasnt going quick at all) just after I got my licence... |

Come on tell the truth, i don't see any other cars loosing control and running into the fence. A P Plater with his mates... need I say anymore. You should drive to the conditions, raining means slow down, road is wet !!!!!

almost the EXACT same thing happened, to me.. even same kind of fence, and i went half a car length through the bastard.
that don't look like a right off.. granted tho you hit in the middle of the support pole while i went through one of the panel pieces, still did $6500 worth of dmg tho. I feel your pain. |

xr8wannabe, what mechanical damage is there, because in the pics it does look fairly cosmetic. I think the biggest issue would be the radiator support panel.
