Default 2010 lv xr5t

Does anyone know if the stock LV XR5Turbo timing belt was a Volvo part ?
I started to do the timing belt swap and saw that the timing belt had Volvo written on it repeatedly(lol). The belt doesn't look too old either I've just stopped and wondering if there's a need to keep going . I did in the interim have a look at the other belts down at the crank to see what they look like and they look very new too.
So yea just wondering !

XR5T is a basically a Volvo engine, so yes a lot of engine parts are Volvo interchangeable.

Takes some getting used to doesn't it? I'm no Facebook fan actually i hate it, but the FB groups are definitely the place these days for info little quiet on the Focus front here. Course half the time you ask a question they'll respond with some smartass response like you're wasting their precious time, these cars are a magnet these days for the, to put it kindly, 'less mature'.

Update , I got in touch with Jaimie from OEM denied and yes most OEM parts are Volvo .
He went on to say that he's never seen a belt fail but the idler and tensioners do.
So yea all mine look very new but I'll swap them out early next year to be sure.
Cheers and happy Xmas guys .
