near on impossible to rework into SUVs…..

Lots of raves over the vehicles but the sales never really materialised, I guess people who buy
German brands want to be seen in then

The Wagoneer wins the review, and wins it for me - better interior, most comfortable drive, best economy, most size. A base Expedition at 58KUS (about 88,650AUD) plonks right in amongst upper dual cab utes and their wagons and for that you get 2 sizes more.

If work ever saw me go to the US and earnings permitted, the biggest one of these in the longest iteration, just because.

GM in 2020 - we can't be bothered anymore with you Aussies, so we are packing up and going home.

GM 2024 - we can see that you Aussies will pay through the nose for American-made middle-of-the-road vehicles, so we'll have them RHD converted and sell them to you for a massive mark up. You'll still get a middle of the road product, but we will make lots of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.
