Default Ford AU II fairlane power antenna

The power antenna is not working In my au fairlane, I've tried putting in a new one but no luck. It seems like it's not getting a signal from the radio because the antenna dose work when connected to 12v. I've checked the fuses but they are all good. Any ideas? Oh It's still using the stock radio as well.

The aerial relay in the body electronic module (BEM) may have failed or have dry joint on one or more relay pins (most often) or harness connectors. See https://fordforums.com.au/wsmpub/augx/Part%2015-8.html and https://www.fordmods.com/ford-techni...martsheild-d35 and the similar EL one at https://www.fordmods.com/ford-techni...-smartlock-d26 I would try opening up the BEM checking for dry joints on the relay pins and harness connectors on the solder side of the PCB inside and reflow the relay solder pads. See 15-8-35 of https://fordforums.com.au/wsmpub/augx/Part%2015-8.html for instruction on removing and replacing the BEM. No clues in the diagnostics at https://fordforums.com.au/wsmpub/augx/Part%2015-7.html
