Size wise it will fit.
But as for the heater box and air con. It's apparantely all different. Your best bet, would be to get a replacement center pod in a Carbon Fibre or Urban Geometric Pattern. If you have a black dash, they look reall nice!

Unless you modify the AUII-III Center Pod surround... Theres no way it'll fit.
You need to change the whole heater box (there is one on eBay atm). Then you need to buy the new center pod, and controls from an AUII-III. I'm sure theres a few things i have missed though. Like wiring, etc. Unless you have a donar car, it will be very expensive, and a lot of hassle. I would just get a Black Center Pod Piece or Carbon Fibre one, if your trying to improve the look of it.

If anyone wanted to do this... Now would be the time...
eBay: Controls: $20 http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ford-au-2-3-d...QQcmdZViewItem Heater Box: $40 http://cgi.ebay.com.au/AU-BA-XR6-XR8...QQcmdZViewItem I'm not sure what else you need.
