I never realised how much this thing weighed. It's very close to what an FPV GT weighs. In fact, I think the convertible is actually slightly heavier if my calculations are correct! But anyway, this car should give a good guide as to how a 370kw blown BOSS would go. I would love to see this donk slot under a Falcon bonnet at some stage. |

SVT even designed it to fit the Falcon with the supercharger lower than the Boss inlet manifold and an intake on the same side as ours. God bless them, makes installation easier for FPV.

So far times from the US are 12.6@116mph and 12.9@112mph from a pre-production GT500 by two magazines.

Doesn’t do it for me. Just a big ugly yank tank. You’d need 500 hp just to push the high ugly nose through the air.
Think about how a two door GT-P would look like (if they ever made one), compared to this?

Yeah I agree, but think its FUGLY.
It just looks sad. Overall its not to bad but Ford really need to grow some balls and design something fresh. The camaro on the other hand looks hot.

Hmm. Interesting. The car looks great. But it's no faster then the 4.6 Supercharged '03 Cobra. I guess being 200lbs heavier would have something to do with that...

I still want to see this engine in an FPV. I wonder how much extra the engine weighs over a BOSS? |
