Default wsid this wednesday.

Well I was wondering if anyone is gong to be at wsid this Wednesday as the days are averaging around 11 degrees lately and its time to see what the wagon will do in cooler weather.

Depending on if I can get Nick picked up from soccer I will be getting up there. Last time ran it was around 32 degrees and track temps were 53 degrees. It pulled a 15.19.

A second hand box has gone in so its anyones geuss what will happen. In any case anyone going up there?

I think my mate is taking his little Proton Satria (EVLJOE) down again to run.
last time he ran at Compak Attak(sp?) he ran a 10.9 ... and with a little too much wheelspin for his liking as well (it's also AWD).

I might see if i can make it as a speccy ... it depends if I am up to it after doing nightshifts.

I had to ask him again cos I thought he made a mistake .... LOL
He now has to put a full cage in the car ... which the car then can't be registered (it's still a registered road vehicle) ... and needs a larger turbo as it's reaching maximum efficiency well before he crossed the line ... so there's more in it still.

Also some decent bills that have come in too.

I also have my wedding coming up.

OK ... back on topic.

I hope I can make it to WSID though sometime soon ... haven't been to the drags in ages.

I would be happy to go, just need a damn helmet. I have only been to the drags once and that was when AFF went a few moths ago when Casper was in town. Hey you could even call me a virgin drag strip racer. :
