Default Help...How do I reset BA climate control

Regardless of what temp I set the heater pumps mainly cold air out of the left hand side and hot out of the right hand side. I am hoping a reset will fix it...does anyone know the button combination and what position the Ig key needs to be in?

Thanks in advance
