hey recently my car hasnt been starting its like when you leave it in drive and try to turn the key then nothing happens so to overcome it i have had to some times place it in nuetral for it to start but now it wont start in any gear have tryed rapidly goin though the gears then slaming it into drive but nothing what could it be need urgent help cheers shoey

problem solved just had to tap above my left knee apparently something to do with smart lock cheers guys

Auto? Sounds like your inhibitor switch is busted. If you know what you're doing (and have access to the wiring diagram) then you can temporarily bypass it until you can get a new one.
