Morning all
Will be getting the clutch replaced in my EF XR6 as soon as the kit arrives. Besides a new clutch cable, what else should i get replaced while the box is out? cheers Tim |

im not sure if it exists in ef but the eb's have a little dampner cylinder that the cable connects to and then goes onto the fork, i would replace that and also machine the flywheel. rear main seal in the engine? while the box is out.

EF/EL does have that little damper thing, replace it as it makes pedal feel a lot better.

I wouldn't bother with rear welsh plug with those K's. Spigot bearing, thrust bearing and the damper thing which I think is called a clutch stove. Maybe replace the Clevis and bushes that join the cable to the pedal, they are cheap.
