Im running the 3.45 ratio in a AU xr with 247hp,if i changed to a 3.7 or 3.9 would i notice any differenc in pick up or quarter times or is the motor not strong enough to warrent the change .Also you is a good mob to get this done. Thanks

If its a manual yes do it. Mal Wood Automotive I can't recommend enough they are great.
If its an auto the torque maps in the ecu will cancell any gain you should of gotten. Trust me I have 3.9's. Look for a thread "Sylox's 60ft times explained" Also ask Headsex he has the same model in auto as well fitted lower gears and put the 3.45's back in the same day for this reason. In the auto au xr8's its just some thing thats not worth doing till an edit is available for our ecu. Allowing the manipulation of the torque maps

Thanks Sylox,it is a manual ill give them a call I was also told i might have to get a different speedo sensor to get the correct speed readings.
