Default Changing Wheels on my 68 XT, problem is the diff and drum change!

Hey guys,

Just wanted to know, I know wheels with a small bore will fit on standard XR-XB hubs. However my diff has been changed to an XF diff and drums, so will this mean my rear wheels will require a large bore hole to fit onto the hubs?
