I didnt think the bodyroll was too bad! There are plenty of similar era cars that would be worse!
Fantastic ad though, never seen it before. :sm_headba

ford must have sacked their marketing team after this. As currently their marketing is a joke in comparison.

Its got nothing to do with the quality of Fords current marketing team and everything to do with advertising regulations in brought about by whingers like Harold Scruby and cronies.

If Ford was to recreate that ad with the current Falcon GT and V8 Supercar drivers, Mr Scruby would be picketing out the front of Broadmeadows complaining that it promotes dangerous driving and will cause kiddies to line up their mates and swerve between them...

For those that don't know/remember that ad was done in reply to one Holden did advertising "RTS" swerving through witches hats.

Never noticed the funny walk on Gibbo before at the end.

The way marketing is geared these days why dont ford focus some of there marketing ideas on creating a decent viral campain for fpv. That way they can do whatever they like without having to deal with advertising regulations. If it was a decent campain it would probably be viewed by a larger audience than a tv ad would be anyway
