Just end task it in the task manager to shut it down, and get a spyware program to remove it. Sometimes it keeps starting up after you have end tasked it, in that case get the spyware remover to detect it, and end task it just before you order the spyware remover to remove it. Another thing to do is just search for it on the windows search function and try to remove it, end tasking it first of course. Whenever something dodgy occurs on my computer I just go straight to google, never lets me down. Hope it helps, of course im no computer expert.

I've found a good "Spyware remover" is Lavasoft Ad-Aware SE . & run it about once a week . Also I used to have Nortons antivirus but had a few problems so I've used AVG Free for the last couple of years & it's been great.(update weekly).

Another good program is Toniarts "Easy Cleaner" to get rid of fragmented & junk files.

Give Spy Bot Search and Destroy a go, free off Google.
I'm using that and Ad Aware from Lavasoft.

Both good.
