Default Fiesta's Performance Figures...

Have any of you guys recorded times of your Fez? 0-100? 400m?

Just curious.

Damn. I never even thought about it. But rest assured when the missus gets home from the out-laws place i'll be giving it a red hot go.

I'd get her to time it from the passenger seat, but she'd probably add un-necessary weight. (just in case she ends up reading this. i'm not implying that your over weight, babe. i just need as little weight as possible if i'm gonna test it)

Hahahaha Gold!

So, I think you need a more powerful car to drive her around in? :

I hope she chips in for petrol! The way prices are getting... you might want to ask her to walk :

That was $1.40 in Melbourne. My dad said it was nearly $1.55 in Albury last week.

I suddenly remember why I started catching a train to work.

Yeh, I paid $1.47/litre for Optimax Extreme. The 100RON gives me a little better economy than 98RON. Bottom line is, it costs the same, if not a little cheaper for me to buy $1.47/litre fuel than $1.40/litre fuel at the end of the week.

Haha, it's should be alright man. I mean 50kg weight difference in cars really show on paper... and im sure every normal adult female weighs more than 50kgs. She shouldnt be offended by your statement.

Stop your whinging

Standard Unleaded hasnt been under 1.43 here for 2 months and is currently sitting at 1.45 a litre

Im sure the fact Israel and Lebenon are bombing the crap outta each other will be good for at least another 5c a litre.

Strangly enuff our prices are supposed to be governed by Singapore and we are closer to them than the lot of u guys and our prices are higher

Figure that one out. Its costing me at least $ 100 to fill the Territory

Looking forward to getting the Fez we might save some money.

I regularly pay over 1.50 per litre of 98ron.

And BTW 50kg will add 0.2seconds to your 1/4mile time in a fez

Pieoter, you should try filling up Tuesday morning or something. Averagely 98RON fuel would cost around $1.40-$1.42/litre.

The petrol station here was at $1.31 for normal unleaded, so I guess 98 would be $1.41.

Yeah usually Tuesday or early morning Wednesday is where petrol prices are at their best. Paid $1.47/litre for Optimax Extreme (100RON + 5% EtOH) on Wednesday morning on the way to work. Driving home from work I saw normal ULP $1.45/litre.

A mystery!

Payed 134.9 for Mobil Premium in Bundy, QLD - that's 95? I spose the ECU is calibrating still (1300k), or whatever, but I (think I) notice the Mobil stuff giving me a little more zip.

(I like brackets )

The "buy petrol on this day" things are all BS. They just average the price over the entire year and go wow! there is a trend here! all bcause there is a slight dip on that day...

I work in a servo and after 3 years of doing so can positively state that I have never discovered any pattern other than the fact it jumps up quick and comes down gradually.

I paid 1.12 a litre for premium the other day too just to **** everyone off ;p

Well well.... what have we got here? Barinnnnnna...

Anyways... see the turn where that Falcon XT/Futura is?... in rainy days there are plenty of try-hards that "drift" through the corner and ultimately crashed onto the car in front of the Kalos.
So, on rainy days i'd sit on the middle lane.. :hihi:
