Ok, went to the dealer and spoke to the head honcho guy, he looked thru the computer, the warrenty is a ford premiun care warrenty, which covers the car bumper to bumper as long as its being serviced, and is under 150,000 kms (which it definatly is).

This guy is a good bloke, have delt with him before, and he took the time to go thru everything for us.

The big problem now is when the car was bought, they salesmen DID NOT put in the warrenty that the car has had modifications, just pretty much sold the car, sold the warrenty and said thank you very much, good luck!
So now, if we try and claim something under warrenty, and they find out that the car has mods, the warrenty will be void, and no repairs done!!

Got to love these used car salesmen, they can do this to a female customer with not much experience, I would like to see them do it to me, or someone who knows...
